Guest Contributor | Helga Explores the Land of Giants!

I’m back for a second week in a row! Today I bring to you Giants playing a round of the Mikado Game…

MacMillan Provincial Park is just north of Nanaimo and a great place to explore some really big trees. This park has some amazing 900 year old growth forest and is also known as Cathedral Grove. Left and right to the highway there are two easy walkways. They do get muddy with a lot of rain from above, but nothing that some rain gear and good footwear couldn’t fix.Cath1 Cath2

You start feeling really small when walking through this forest. Definitely something you don’t want to miss out on.Cath3 Cath4 Cath5 Cath6
